The opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead individual workstreams within our broader business transformation program. You will help support the implementation, development and iteration of workstreams within a program within the overall business transformation strategy.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
Translate a transformation charter into a detailed project plan with clear: milestones, owners, and dependencies
Run regular status reporting (RYG statuses) and escalate risks and blockers before they become critical
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across Ops,: IT, Finance, and other impacted teams
Maintain project's RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation actions to closure
Manage resource needs in coordination with the team’s capacity planning process
What they're looking for
- Partner with change management resources to ensure adoption, not just: technical completion of project deliverables
- Conduct stage reviews and present go/no-go recommendations to the steering committee
- Run post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned for the broader team members
- Oversee implementation, delivery and closure of multiple projects to ensure: they are delivered on time, within budget, and on schedule
