What you'll do
Build end-to-end across the stack: backend services, APIs and data models, web front ends, and our Android point-of-sale and handheld apps — going wherever the product needs you.
Get up to speed on unfamiliar platforms and codebases quickly: including Android/Kotlin.
Be customer-interested and product-minded—curious about what operators: actually need, and willing to have a point of view on what we build.
Collaborate closely with a small cross-functional team, biasing toward: putting things in the hands of customers as fast as possible.
Navigate diverse, unfamiliar codebases across the Toast platform and: consistently deliver high-quality code on timeline.
Demonstrate a high degree of ownership in all aspects of development: including the unglamorous parts: testing, instrumentation, on-call, and cleanup.
