Mentor less experienced engineers and up-level the team through design: reviews, constructive feedback, and agent-assisted engineering practices
What they're looking for
- + years of backend/full-stack experience, delivering products that drive impact
- Ability to read and integrate with frontend applications; showing curiosity: to work across the stack when needed
- Excited about AI-assisted development and LLM-based agents (Claude Code or: similar), and interested in pioneering new workflows with the team
- Effectively works with ambiguity, agile delivery, and shipping usable software incrementally
