What you'll do
Design, develop, test, and scale features across backend services and: front-end surfaces that power membership benefits, rewards, and engagement experiences
Build and iterate on APIs and UI components that deliver a seamless,: high-quality member experience in Chime's mobile app
Partner with product, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders: to understand member needs, define experiments, and ship solutions that move key membership metrics
Apply a metrics-driven mindset to decision-making and prioritize efforts based on member and business impact
Proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability,: performance, and scalability across the stack
Contribute to a culture of technical excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and driving best practices
What they're looking for
- + years developing software in a production environment at scale
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
- Proficiency with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, React Native, or TypeScript-based frameworks)
- A product mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and measuring impact
