What you'll do
Design, build, and operate the backend services that mint, custody, and: settle tokenized equities across leading blockchains, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements
Own large, technically complex projects end to end: design, implementation, rollout, and operating what you ship in a 24/7 system
Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure: (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows
Partner with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to turn: regulatory constraints into workable system design
Raise the technical bar through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on mentorship
