What you'll do
A role at the intersection of benefits operations, regulatory compliance,: payroll, product, - helping Remote deliver compliant, scalable benefits globally and increase the value of our benefits product for customers.
The ability to improve compliance controls and reduce operational risk across multiple countries and products.
Exposure to complex global benefits topics, including statutory benefits,: pensions, health insurance, vendor governance, and multi-product benefits delivery.
The chance to contribute to scalable processes, automation, documentation,: and reporting that improve compliance and increase the value of Remote’s benefits product for customers..
Monitor and interpret benefits compliance requirements across countries where: Remote operates, including statutory benefits, mandatory insurance, and supplemental benefits.
Oversee compliance with statutory benefits filings, mandatory reporting, and: regulatory obligations by partnering with stakeholders to ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
What they're looking for
- Conduct regular audits of benefits processes, data, vendor outputs, payroll: inputs, deductions, contributions, and operational workflows to identify compliance gaps or risks.
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Benefits Operations, Benefits: Solutions, Product, and external advisors to assess requirements and implement compliant processes.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or operational risk, document root causes,: recommend remediation plans, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Design, implement, and maintain benefits compliance controls, SOPs, country: guidance, escalation paths, and audit documentation.
