What you'll do
Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations , including job: setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.
Maintain high standards of recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting: quality through regular audits and data management.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes .
Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards , providing insights: into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.
Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to: troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements .
Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from: scoping through implementation , with opportunities to lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and recruiter experience.
What they're looking for
- + years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA: Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
- Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.
