What you'll do
Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives, translating: ambiguous work into clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate the product managers, engineers, business analysts, subject matter: experts, and functional partners across quality, supply chain, buyers, finance, and procurement — along with external stakeholders such as suppliers — whose contributions are required to deliver.
Maintain a reliable, current view of the Portal's portfolio in a single: system of record, prioritizing work against business need and keeping commitments visible.
Identify risks and cross-system dependencies early, drive issues to: resolution, and escalate decisions with clear context and recommended paths forward.
Partner with engineering on integrations across the systems the Portal: touches, sequencing work and data flows so they land cleanly.
Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting that: communicates delivery health, measurable impact, and prioritization trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
What they're looking for
- Establish and run lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk: review, decision-making, and launch readiness without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer so decisions, dependencies,: and assumptions remain accessible and durable.
- + years in technical program management, technical project management,: systems delivery, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects: with responsibility for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and outcomes.
