What you'll do
Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical: requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated: program plan and timelines across disparate functions.
Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments,: clearly communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships , serving as the central point of: contact and providing consistent transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
Energize cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold: world-class operational excellence and security standards.
What they're looking for
- Develop broad technical and domain knowledge to effectively influence strategy and decision-making.
- + years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or: systems development environment, with a focus on cyber security.
- Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs.
- Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects
