Senior UX Designer, ConsumerActive

The opportunity

Work with HelloFresh in Warsaw and its HelloTech organisation, HelloFresh’s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power our end-to-end food experience. From meal kits and ready-to-eat meals to specialty offerings like pet food…

What you'll do

  • AI-Native Workflow: Use AI as an active part of the workflow—generating and synthesizing user insights, accelerating discovery, building rapid prototypes, and closing the gap between design and code to move faster and think sharper.

  • Raise the Craft Bar: Bring a keen eye for detail across every layer—layout, motion, typography, micro-interaction—and hold that standard within the cross-functional unit. Use animation and motion as strategic tools to make experiences feel alive and intentional.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore product opportunities through market research and user analysis, translating insights into informed design decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical requirements. Make confident decisions with cross-functional partners and advocate clearly and persistently for the right design outcome.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, with a proven: track record of delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
