The opportunity

The B2B Marketing team is responsible for helping businesses understand, adopt, and get value from OpenAI’s products. B2B marketing is a major and growing priority for OpenAI as we scale our work with companies, developers, and institutions around the world.

What you'll do

  • Owning the webinar and digital events strategy, including audience: priorities, portfolio architecture, editorial themes, formats, calendar, investment decisions, and success measures.

  • Designing experiences for specific buyer needs and journey stages, with a: clear value exchange, CTA, follow-up path, and connection to broader campaigns.

  • Partnering with Product Marketing, Content, speakers, customers, and: subject-matter experts to create differentiated programs that make complex AI topics useful and concrete.

  • Working closely with the Webinar Marketing Manager and production partners to: translate strategy into clear briefs, run-of-show requirements, launch plans, QA, and delivery standards.

  • Building integrated pre: and post-event motions across paid, email, web, social, SDR, Sales, and account-based channels to reach the right audiences and sustain momentum.

  • Establishing qualification, routing, seller context, and follow-up: expectations so high-intent engagement receives timely and relevant action.

What they're looking for

  • Defining measurement across audience quality, registration-to-attendance,: engagement, CTA behavior, qualified leads, account progression, pipeline, and content reuse.
  • Using performance data and audience feedback to improve the portfolio, retire: low-value formats, and create reusable programming and activation playbooks.
  • + years of experience across B2B webinars, digital events, experience: marketing, content programming, or integrated campaigns, ideally within a complex or technical category.
  • A track record of building programs that create qualified demand and: pipeline—not simply registrations, attendance, or engagement.
