The opportunity
We’re hiring Site Reliability Engineers to set the reliability standard across everything we build. Businesses and developers build their own products and customer experiences on our platforms, from live customer conversations to content production, much of it real time and latency-sensitive.
What you'll do
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer: experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech,: music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

What they're looking for
- Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE,: infrastructure engineer or similar, with a track record of measurably improving reliability.
- A strong background in backend development, and a habit of solving: reliability problems with code and automation.
- Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems, and driving fixes through to completion.
- Experience with observability and alerting, and with defining and tracking SLOs or SLAs.
- Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)
