Establish and model a high-performance culture of our Software Engineering team.
Grow and mentor senior technical leaders , building a durable culture of engineering excellence.
Lead architecture for the Enterprise AI engineering platform and products ,: ensuring consistency and quality through cross-product reviews and shared standards.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and executive partners to shape where we're headed.
Own the most complex engineering problems at enterprise scale.
Present to executive leadership on our AI Engineering plans and deliverables.
What they're looking for
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across different verticals (Support, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ideate, develop, and implement new AI/ML solutions that drive business growth.
- Cultivate a team of builders and owners that collaborate, grow and continuously improve together.
- + years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical vision and strategy at an enterprise or company-wide level.
