What you'll do
Design, build, test, and deploy the backend services that mint, custody, and: settle tokenized equities on the Robinhood Chain, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements
Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements that meet strict: correctness and scalability standards
Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure: (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows
Identify and implement improvements to system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
Collaborate closely with product, compliance, client, and platform teams to: deliver impactful technical solutions
