The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcer to support our SG&A recruiting team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent to support our fast-paced, innovative environment.
What you'll do
Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.
Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
What they're looking for
- Startup, Tech, and Industry Expertise: Proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs.
- Tooling Experience: Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Independent & Proactive: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.
