What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable, standardized digital capabilities to ensure: efficiency, quality, and repeatability across planning.

• Establish tools, processes, and data that lights up end-to-end planning: visibility, ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and deployments.

• Identify elegant solutions to complex processes and dissect all components in: order to identify changes and improvements required, ensuring alignment with planning processes.

• Support the expansion the of planning analytics team, systems, and tools to: enable real-time decisioning and risk mitigation as we hyperscale across the enterprise.

• Lead the adoption and integration of ERP, Planning systems, and other: analytics platforms to enhance operational effectiveness for planning.

• Ensure that ongoing company and production wide system integrations have: Planning input and are rolled out smoothly, certifying that the capabilities needed to scale operations are accurate, understood, and implemented.

What they're looking for

• Partner with software engineering teams to build and improve custom tools for: all aspects of planning operations.
• Spearhead the development of a centralized knowledge repository for systems: and processes, enabling standardized access to best practices, guidelines, and training materials across the organization.
• Build a team to serve as the primary interface between engineering,: manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and deployments to align planning strategies, planning tools, and process inputs/outputs with business and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain planning playbooks and SOPs, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
