What you'll do
Develop, implement and improve environmental compliance programs at SpaceX’s: Silicon Engineering and Satellites locations including Redmond, WA, Woodinville, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Irvine, CA and Palo Alto, CA
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations established by applicable: California, Washington and federal regulatory agencies
Track, review, and interpret new and proposed environmental laws and: regulations, and provide guidance to management
Perform environmental audits to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies
Operate and maintain the compliance calendar and other recordkeeping and environmental tracking software
Maintain site operational compliance plans including the storm water: pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and spill prevention control and countermeasures plan (SPCC)
What they're looking for
- Responsible for air compliance, recordkeeping and reporting requirements: established for permitted sources defined by the local regulatory agencies
- Maintain the site’s hazardous materials business plan including updates and regulatory submittals
- Maintain the site’s industrial wastewater discharge permit including updates and regulatory submittals
- Responsible for hazardous waste compliance and regulatory reporting
