What you'll do
Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops that teach customers how to: use Crusoe Cloud features and realize value from the platform
Produce technical content: blog posts, whitepapers, and guides — covering Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure topics
Script, record, and produce "How-To" videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos
Represent Crusoe at major industry events such as KubeCon as a speaker,: evangelist, and subject matter expert, including booth engagement
Build and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub: showing how Crusoe Cloud integrates with the wider CNCF ecosystem (ArgoCD, Rancher, KubeVirt)
Create Proof of Concept guides and technical decks that help the sales team: explain enterprise-grade features, and channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap
What they're looking for
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, including API servers, namespaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy
- Hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure,: including compute and storage (OpenStack or KubeVirt experience valued)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP)
- Background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training: with an engineering or developer audience
