What you'll do
Lead design strategy and execution across Coinbase One membership, CB1 Card,: and the broader Loyalty surface area, spanning multiple product and engineering pods
Partner with senior Product and Engineering leads to shape roadmaps, drive: alignment, and represent design in leadership forums
Drive 0-to-1 strategic design work including membership evolution, retention: mechanics, and rewards experiences
Set and maintain a high quality bar across all Loyalty surfaces through: structured review processes (design crits, DRRs, workbench sessions)
Represent Loyalty design in exec-level reviews and cross-functional leadership syncs
+ years of product design experience
What they're looking for
- Proven track record leading design for subscription, loyalty, or membership products at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience partnering with senior product and engineering leaders to shape: strategy, define roadmaps, and influence prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to set systems-level vision while simultaneously: shipping high-quality work on weekly/biweekly cadences
- Familiarity with consumer fintech, payments, or credit card product design
