What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Supplier Quality Management System in: compliance with IATF 16949 standards.

  • Oversee quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and supplier documentation.

  • Support implementation of operational plans and objectives within the supplier quality function.

  • Define roles, responsibilities, and ensure optimal resource allocation for quality activities.

  • Manage APQP for new product launches to ensure defect prevention and product conformity.

  • Lead PPAP documentation review and submission to customers, ensuring: compliance with Lucid and industry standards.

What they're looking for

  • Monitor rejection/rework data and supplier performance metrics; drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure closure of non-conformities.
  • Maintain compliance of measurement equipment and calibration systems across supplier operations.
  • Act as liaison for customer quality issues and lead 8D problem-solving activities.
