- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM discipline
- + years of manufacturing, supply chain, or quality experience (collegiate: extracurricular engineering projects such as lab projects, Formula SAE, Baja SAE, Design Build Fly team, competitions, or internships qualify)
