What you'll do

• Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack:

• Assist with regular audits of Greenhouse and ChartHop data

• Flag data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to get them corrected

• Help maintain documentation on data entry standards and processes

• Answer questions and support stakeholders:

• Serve as a first point of contact for TA team questions on Greenhouse,: ChartHop, ContactOut, TextExpander, and LinkedIn Recruiter

What they're looking for

• Experience using a headcount management tool or HRIS (ChartHop or Workday preferred)
