What you'll do

Drive simplification and automation of financial accounting and reporting: operations to improve efficiency and controls.
Ensure the timely and accurate closing of accounts on a monthly basis and: preparation of periodic financial reports.
What they're looking for
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, lead financial accounting: and reporting related initiatives related to the team’s scope of work, and take an active role in systems and product design that complies with Adyen’s reporting needs at scale.
- You have at least 3 years of team leading experience, and 8-12 years of work: experience in financial accounting and reporting within a multinational organization.
- In-depth expertise across the different areas of financial accounting and: reporting and a deep understanding of financial process optimization to contribute to scaling Adyen’s Group Finance team.
- Strong people leadership skills to build and lead high-performance teams in: an international setup; it is expected that you will coach and develop others in the team, and you are decisive when needed.
