What you'll do
Write and edit technical public-facing reports and blogs for Anthropic
Takes pieces from inception to publication on short deadlines
Solicit input from partner teams across Anthropic, while preserving narrative clarity
Strong alignment with our mission and experience working in AI safety
Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work that: demonstrates an ability to explain technical subjects to non-specialist readers
Familiarity with how frontier AI systems are trained, evaluated, and deployed
What they're looking for
- Experience writing or editing safety or security reports, postmortems,: transparency reports, or similar public disclosures
- Experience as a technical writer or editor at a technology company or research lab
- Comfort working in a content management system (CMS) and publishing web content
- Experience using AI tools like Claude to streamline editorial processes
