What you'll do
Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them
Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform: investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens (leverage only exists if teams build on the platform)
Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders,: driving consensus, and ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues
