- Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a: track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
- Have experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services, developer: platforms, or common capabilities consumed by multiple product teams) and can engage meaningfully with the engineers building them
- Have driven platform adoption across consuming teams, where success depended: on other teams choosing to build on what you shipped
- Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
