- Have experience with API platforms, distributed systems, and core: infrastructure programs and can engage meaningfully with the engineers who design and operate them
- Have driven scaling, performance, or efficiency programs for high-volume: production systems, including the tradeoffs across performance, reliability, and cost
- Have coordinated programs spanning many partner organizations, managing: cross-team dependencies, commitments, and escalations at the working level
- Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
