What you'll do
Drive execution across multiple cross-functional engineering teams, from kickoff through launch
Own program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and keep them visible to stakeholders
Coordinate with product, design, customer experience, operations, and engineering partners
Write clear narratives, status updates, and communications for leadership and partner teams
Spot gaps and unblock work so programs keep moving with minimal oversight
Help shape how the Brokerage TPM team plans, executes, and launches,: including how it uses AI to improve planning, dependency management, risk detection, launch readiness, and reporting
