What you'll do
Manage daily operations across the Brazilian Payment System (SPB), including: STR, SPI, and SELIC desks, working with increasing autonomy over time
Monitor key processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and control across all: treasury activities, flagging outliers and communicating variances clearly to leadership
Support the funding and liquidity needs of the bank's products, developing a: strong understanding of cash flow dynamics
Build and maintain KPIs and reporting to support operational decision-making
Identify and propose automation and process improvement opportunities,: contributing to cross-functional initiatives
