What you'll do
Crypto wallet product owner role, offer industry wide leading CEX crypto deposit withdraw safekeep service.
Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits, withdrawals.
Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures
Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets
Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events and testing with no issues
Monitor Internal Alerts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and: external parties to react to incidents and implement safeguards.
What they're looking for
- + years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role
- + years of experience in Product/Operations Management
- Familiarity with various blockchain technologies notwithstanding EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.
- Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects
- Familiarity with wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services and: wallet custody models (Hardware wallet, MPC, HSM, KSM, Embedded Custody)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm in pressure situations and make clear decisions with thorough impact analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment, passionate and self starter
