What you'll do
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare and set up dining and serving areas with food, utensils, condiments, and other required supplies.
Serve meals on main serving lines, speed lines, and short-order areas and: assist with salad, beverage, and other food service stations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, serving lines,: dining areas, equipment, and workspaces.
Operate dishwashing equipment and manually clean dishes, silverware,: cookware, kitchen tools, and related equipment.
Perform basic food preparation, including preparing sandwiches, salads, baked: goods, and other menu items, and assist with special orders as required.
What they're looking for
- Restock food service supplies, paper products, cleaning products, and other materials as needed.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and providing correct change.
- Crosstrain and assist with custodial and other operational duties as required to support DFAC operations.
- Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, occupational safety, security,: company, and worksite requirements.
