This is an exciting opportunity to be the face and heartbeat of ElevenLabs’ Warsaw office! We are looking for a dedicated lead to anchor our Warsaw space.

• ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer: experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

• ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech,: music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

• ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

What they're looking for

• Based in Warsaw, able to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high: visibility office. Thrives in high pressure environments requiring solid judgement and quick decision making.
• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management,: coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance and supplies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from: senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a proven ability to: anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment,: including planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
