Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Director, Product Marketing, ICHRA to join our Product Marketing Team.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading GTM campaign execution specifically: for health insurance, FinTech, or digital consumer health products. Track record managing project timelines and creative assets under strict deadlines.
• Experience supporting B2B broker networks or employer benefit administration: platforms. Direct experience working inside a health insurance carrier (Payer) or digital healthcare startup.
• Understanding of health insurance plan structures, quoting engines, or ICHRA: reimbursement guidelines. Familiarity with MarTech technology.
