What you'll do
Directly support the SVP in the definition and execution of the strategic roadmap
Lead and execute on urgent and strategic key projects for the SVP and the broader organization
Partner closely with SVP on Partnership and Customer initiatives
Involved with all strategic initiatives that will support and impact the: growth and trajectory of the global VE organization
Partner as a sounding board for the SVP on new ideas and initiatives
Support the SVP in the management of the VE Leadership governance, leading: preparation and strategy for meetings, including: offsite cadence, content, action items, and execution follow-up
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with the SVP, his direct reports and other key stakeholders on: key initiatives, ongoing projects and meetings.
- Manage budget in partnership with FP&A
- Drive cross-functional processes, ensuring alignment to current processes and: programs (with support from process owners)
- Support communication of key messaging with the organization, Celonis, and: external interactions with senior leaders across the company
