What you'll do
Manage civil infrastructure projects end-to-end, including design,: permitting, procurement, construction, and close-out
Own project scope, schedule, and budget from conception through closeout for: residential subdivisions, commercial amenities and community recreational projects; actively drive projects to meet target budgets and timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, utility: operational teams, facilities maintenance groups, stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and local municipal or utility authorities having jurisdiction
Manage permitting and inspection processes with internal utility operational: teams, and local jurisdictions and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)
Write, negotiate, and manage design and construction contracts with: subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time,: prioritizing pragmatic, fast-moving solutions
What they're looking for
- Support with long-term utility and civil planning for future phases of: development and master planning for Starbase
- Take on new projects ad-hoc as the business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering
- + years of experience managing civil construction projects
