What you'll do
Lead cross-functional growth programs from initial problem definition through: technical launch, governance, and post-launch optimization.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex scheme/network: rules into clear technical requirements, controls, and automated workflows.
Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Risk, and regional teams to clear: dependencies, resolve risks, and align on launch readiness.
Design pragmatic decision frameworks and playbooks for high-growth merchant: use cases that fall outside standard network mandates.
Maintain program roadmaps, decision logs, and operational metrics while: escalating blockers with actionable recommendations.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product: operations, payments, fintech, risk, compliance, or similarly cross-functional roles.
What they're looking for
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network: rules, or merchant payment flows including experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch or improve systems, workflows, or controls.
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, scheme rules, merchant flows, or alternative payment methods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with: competing priorities and dependencies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a structured approach to planning,: execution, risk management, and follow-through.
