The opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our EMEA GTM Finance & Strategy team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a key partner to our EMEA go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market: stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's financials
Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and: recommend business decisions across a variety of areas, such as revenue goals, sales capacity planning and key strategic initiatives
Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports,: analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making to stakeholders and executives
Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting: counterparts, helping to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies and considerations
+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering,: consulting, investment banking, or related fields
Demonstrated experience supporting or building out finance functions in international or EMEA markets

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data: into clear, actionable insights and develop robust financial models
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting financial: information to non-finance audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA: regulatory or statutory considerations
