- to 8 years of experience in finance, operations, sales ops, marketing ops, or: strategy, with a track record of owning complex cross-functional work in high-stakes environments
- Track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end, navigating: ambiguity without a playbook, and delivering on timelines that weren't fully in your control
- Experience managing peer-level relationships across multiple functions to: drive outcomes without formal authority
