What you'll do
Own end-to-end Corporate Income Tax compliance across all European entities: and Australia, including filing design, instalment calculations, deadline management, and audit-ready documentation
Lead the remediation of outstanding direct tax compliance items, building a: structured backlog register with risk ratings and a clear remediation plan
Establish and maintain a 4-eyes quality control framework across all CIT,: withholding tax, Pillar 2, and Country-by-Country Reporting filings
Build and maintain a master compliance calendar with jurisdiction-specific: workflows, ensuring the compliance cycle runs predictably and without last-minute escalations
Advise on complex direct tax matters: including transfer pricing, M&A activity, and restructuring β and act as the primary point of contact for Finance, Accounting, and Controlling teams
