What you'll do
Digitally prepare and file all documentation required to customs clear goods (import & export)
Review and organize incoming documents to ensure compliance with EU Customs Regulations
Classify products as necessary using GRIs
Identify the potential for the use of a Preferential Trade Agreement on a per shipment basis
Maintain excellent working relationship with clients by providing customer: service that exceeds client expectations
Customs experience is ideal, but not required. We'll teach you!
What they're looking for
- A background in freight forwarding or logistics is a strong plus
- Dutch is a plus
- The ability to manage a high volume of entries accurately and on deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication, and the organizational skills to keep many shipments moving at once
