The opportunity

The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for assigned schools, functions, or: programs across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and conversion,

  • Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience across every: touchpoint: outreach, interviews, events, internship hosting, and offer

  • Maintain funnel momentum, diagnose issues early, and unblock your pipeline weekly

  • Represent Datadog as a premier employer for emerging talent across university: campuses and virtual channels in EMEA

  • Own key university and student organization relationships; act as the face of Datadog on campus

  • Plan and execute recruiting events, career fairs, hackathons, info sessions,: and "beyond campus" engagements that create real excitement, not just check a box

What they're looking for

  • years of experience in campus, university, or early career recruiting
  • Proven ability to build and manage a candidate pipeline end-to-end
  • Strong communicator who can represent Datadog confidently in front of: students, hiring managers, and university partners
  • Comfortable with data and the ability to track your own numbers and use them to improve your approach
  • Organized and adaptable; you can run multiple events, timelines, and: candidates at once without dropping the ball
  • Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel to campuses across Europe
  • + years of experience in campus/early career recruiting, including ownership: of complex or high-priority school relationships and programs
