What you'll do

  • Have 8+ years of EHS experience, with significant time spent on construction,: mission-critical, data center, or heavy industrial/operational projects

  • Bring deep, hands-on expertise in contractor and construction safety,: including prequalification, safety plan review, high-hazard work permitting, and multi-employer worksite oversight

  • Have strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards (29 CFR 1926): and general industry standards (29 CFR 1910), plus electrical safety and NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and fall protection

  • Are comfortable being the safety authority on an active worksite: making clear calls, holding contractors accountable, and stopping work when it isn't safe

  • Can build a program from the ground up and run it autonomously across: multiple sites, prioritizing well when everything looks urgent

  • Are able to motivate and persuade contractors, operators, and: cross-functional partners to engage with safety, not just meet the minimum

What they're looking for

  • Are comfortable spending significant time in the field and traveling to: sites, adapting quickly as projects move through construction, commissioning, and operations
  • Write clear, useful safety plans, playbooks, and program documents, and can: create engaging training and presentations
  • Have hands-on experience with software tools for contractor management,: incident reporting, risk assessment, and related functions
  • A Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction: management, engineering, or a related field
