SumUp's Global Benefits & Mobility team looks after the health, retirement and wellbeing programmes that support thousands of SumUppers across dozens of markets, and right now that team is stretched thin, with most of its capacity focused on global mobility rather than benefits.…
What you'll do
Lead the design and rollout of new benefits programmes globally, with an: initial emphasis on Spain and southern Europe, including the transition to a global insurance broker and pension arrangement
Map end-to-end processes for core benefits like health insurance and parental: leave to spot gaps and inefficiencies
Work with local People Operations partners on benefits renewals, benchmarking: and vendor negotiations, sharing ownership of outcomes that affect their teams
Partner with People Operations and Payroll in each country to keep benefits: administration accurate and transparent
Improve how benefits are communicated to candidates, SumUppers and: leadership, including exploring an AI assistant for common policy questions
