What you'll do
Oversee daily equity plan operations including grant processing, option: exercises, cancellation and cap table management.
Build and optimize processes for equity transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting
Lead demographic and payroll system integrations to streamline equity operations
Develop and implement automated processes for tax rate calculations and payroll integration
Create scalable workflows that can support our growing headcount and global expansion
