- Navigate high ambiguity: this is a 0→1 space where you will be expected to figure out the right approach, not wait for one to be handed to you.
- Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards to support a growing and complex portfolio.
- Serve as the senior Risk PMO voice in global forums, representing the team in: senior-level conversations across Stripe with high judgment and accountability.
- Provide critical coordination across Risk teams (Ops, Product, Engineering,: Strategy, and others) to ensure alignment and execution.
