What you'll do

  • Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem: definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across areas that span multiple squads and surfaces

  • Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the VP of Product and: product leadership, translating company-level goals into clear, sequenced, ambitious bets

  • Spend time with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet: needs, validate problem-solution fit, and champion the customer voice in every decision

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate: technical tradeoffs, and build the right things in the right order, bringing real fluency to conversations about LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing,: customer success, and executive leadership, communicating strategy and tradeoffs with crisp, audience-appropriate narrative

  • Define and own success metrics for your areas, using data and qualitative: signal to evaluate impact, course-correct, and tell the story of outcomes to leadership

What they're looking for

  • Raise the bar on product craft across the org by mentoring and coaching other: PMs, modeling best practices, and strengthening a culture built on rigor, customer obsession, and velocity
  • + years of product management experience with a track record of owning and: shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments
  • Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous,: multi-team problem spaces and influencing outcomes well beyond your immediate team
  • Genuine customer obsession: you instinctively go to the customer, synthesize signal from noise, and design from a deep understanding of real workflows and pain points
