What you'll do
Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce: solutions supporting post-sales teams, including Customer Success, Support, Renewals, Services, and account management workflows
Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable: technical solutions aligned with long-term platform strategy
Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering: teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality post-sales solutions
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms,: ensuring reliable data flow and sound system design across the customer lifecycle
Drive platform optimization across performance, scalability, usability, maintainability, and governance
Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and release management
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- + years of experience in Salesforce engineering, application development, or: technical leadership within global SaaS organizations
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows,: integrations, and Salesforce platform customization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, design: patterns, and scalable solution design
- Experience designing or supporting Salesforce solutions for post-sales: functions such as Customer Success, Support, Renewals, Services, or customer lifecycle management
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; Salesforce Certified: Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect certifications strongly preferred
