- Develop strong executive, peer, and stakeholder relationships, maintaining: effective communication channels and influencing without authority
- Manage the headcount and capacity planning process in partnership with the ABP Program Manager
- Manage the onboarding and training (and associated logistics) for new Administrative Coordinators
