What you'll do
Lead and develop a team of 4–6 AI Engineers building AI-powered solutions: that transform marketing workflows and improve business outcomes.
Help define and execute HubSpot's AI strategy for Marketing, partnering with: senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with company goals.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions—from ideation and: experimentation through technical design, implementation, adoption, and impact measurement.
Coach engineers in modern AI technologies and engineering practices,: including LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, API integrations, and AI application architecture.
Build scalable frameworks and engineering standards for rapid prototyping,: responsible deployment, and long-term maintainability of AI solutions.
Partner across Marketing, Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams while: translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
