What you'll do
Demonstrate a wide-ranging experience, use in-depth professional concepts,: knowledge and insights to develop, apply and resolve complex problems across multiple axes in creative and effective ways.
Be adept at designing and building solutions that are easily maintainable and: extensible for future functionality.
Drive work independently, lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large: projects or processes, usually multi-person interdepartmental or cross-functional projects, including leading from end-to-end with little oversight and coordinating activities of other team members.
Be capable of breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, and accurately: estimating the time and scope of projects. Articulate effectively the different options considered, analyze trade-offs, justify and recommend priorities.
Ensure that knowledge is shared among the team and do not position yourself: or others as a single point of failure.
Monitor the development of the company objectives and/or trends that may affect its capacity to succeed.
