What you'll do
Provide both virtual and on-site technical support and training to customers: on their Anduril Voyager solutions in both tactical and non-tactical environments
Provide technical support for Sales during customer meetings; evaluating: existing customer solutions and recommend upgrades
Ensure day-to-day operations of NOC and training technology infrastructure,: including networks, servers, databases, are properly supported and maintained
Provide assistance to customers remotely and on-site to resolve issues and feedback to appropriate departments
Provide technical escalation support to Tier 1 staff to ensure continuous: improvement within the technical staff and customer feedback and/or problems
Assist in the maintenance of the test lab environment that is used to: replicate customer issues to better understand problems and work towards resolutions.

- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge technical papers
- Maintain log and traceability of System Configurations delivered to customers
- Create systems documentation such as training, operations, installation, and maintenance manuals
